We’re Michael, Saul and Victor, three Newark natives celebrating our city’s Renaissance and bringing to you a taste of New York City with hometown flair. Chef Victor M. Cabezas, a graduate of the renowned French Culinary Institute in Soho, brings the experience of the renowned kitchens of Jersey City’s South City Grill and Sushi Lounge and Manhattan’s Ono at the hotel Gansevoort and Bette. Together with brother Michael and close friend Saul, he fuses a variety of cuisines to create innovative dishes in an exciting lounge atmosphere.
Featuring private seating, light boxes that dance to the music, a one-way mirror overlooking the bar area, a late night menu and an outdoor patio, MiSaVi is Newark’s newest hotspot. We love our city and we want to give you another reason to love it too.
